The VIVISUS platform has 2 partner levels:

• Basic partner (free of charge)
• Premium partner with trademark protection

Basic-Partner - Anyone who feels committed to the goals of VIVISUS for sustainable viticulture and services related to sustainable viticulture can register free of charge as a basic partner. The goals of VIVIUS are the sustainable cultivation of fungus-resistant grape varieties as well as their wines with according sustainable wine making.

Non-fungus-resistant grape varieties and their wines can also be registred/licensed, provided that their sustainable cultivation and wine making can be credibly proven.

The basic entry includes name and address with a brief description of the understanding of sustainability in the respective company. Wineries, winemakers, wine dealers, vine growers/institutes and services related to wine and viticulture can register.

Premium-Partner - As a premium partner of VIVISUS, you enjoy brand protection for your products and services which you offer under the VIVISUS umbrella. Of course these must correspond to the sustainable goals of VIVISUS as described under Basic-Partner.

For a moderate annual license fee, we offer comprehensive trademark protection with corresponding advertising opportunities to everyone who is committed to sustainable viticulture and sustainable wines.

In the context of this license you will be listed under "Premium-Partner" with the presentation of your company in words, pictures and links to your website. You can also present and advertise individual products. During the license term you can use your partner logo, which we design for you, for advertising purposes - both digitally and as a print label. For this we provide you with various designs as self-adhesive labels, such as

VIVISUS offers trademark protection* allover Europe for a wide variety of products and services about sustainable vine growing and wine making such as:

• Natural plants - such as grapevines, etc.
• Alcoholic beverages - such as wines, beverages containing wine, sparkling wines and much more.
• Services - in particular for advertising; management etc.
• Services - in particular scientific and technological services, research and design relating thereto; analyses; quality controls and much more.
